Into It

He's into the music and mugging for the camera. The good times were bountiful at the 45th Annual Topanga Banjo-Fiddle Contest and Folk Festival. It was an afternoon of great music and wonderful people. I'll be back.

As usual at events such as this, photography was challenging. Harsh or low light, and distracting backgrounds often put the brakes on opportunities. For this photograph, the over-riding factor was the personalities and enthusiasm. The wide-angle lens enhances the perspective of these two musicians enjoying the event.
